Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup sifted flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup Biscoff spread
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar

    1 egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

The complete batch of baked cookies weighed right at 500 grams... so if you make them a different size, you can still figure the calorie count proportionally.


Directions

Sift the flour, soda, and salt together and set aside. Cream the butter, Biscoff, and sugars together, then beat in the egg and vanilla. Finally blend in flour mixture. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned as desired. Cool slightly, then transfer to a cooling rack or bread board.

Serving Size: Makes about 32 2.5-3" cookies
