1 1/2 cups frozen corn
2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 packet Old El Paso 40% less sodium taco seasoning
1 bag Morning Star Crumbles
1 cup water
1 cup raw onions, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced (optional)
Tips
Directions
Sautee onions, bell pepper, garlic, chopped jalapeno (optional), crumbles, taco seasoning, hidden valley ranch seasoning and 1 cup water.
Add all other ingrediants without draining. Bring to boil and simmer for 30- 45 minutes or until flavors are blended.
