Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long
    Onions, raw, .50 medium (2-1/2" dia
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    *Bean sprouts, 2 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Snap peas, 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Tips

I boil my chicken so I have broth and so I can make egg drop soup


Directions

in wok or large skillet add can't believe its not butter and sautee onions , bellpeppers and celery also cook the chicken breast with this or boil chicken so you have the chicken broth , Add all the rest of the ingredience stirring to desired texture add soy sauce and chicken broth and cover for 3 min.
