Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns (33 pieces)
Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb cheese wedges (3)
Green Giant Antioxidant Blend Frozen Vegetables (1 box)
4oz cured ham, cut into bite size pieces
1/2c. Kroger Mild Cheddar shredded cheese
1/4c. Old London Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Cook crispy crowns according to package directions.
Soften cream cheese in microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds.
Cook veggies in microwave according to package directions.
Meanwhile, beat eggs and cream cheese together until smooth.
Mix ham & veggies into egg mixture.
Coat small glass casserole dish with cooking spray.
Lay cooked crispy crowns in a single layer to cover bottom of casserole dish.
Pour egg/ham/veggie mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top.
Bake (at 425) for 30 minutes or until eggs are done.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
