Introduction

Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles
1 tsp salt
2 grade A extra lrg eggs
32 oz of ground beef
32 oz of Ricoota cheese part skim milk
24 oz of mexican cheese queso anejo
1 cup of parmesan cheese
2 cups if sliced zucchini
Put your oven to broil and place sliced zucchini on a pan lined with foil Broil unti tender. Then brown your meat and add fresh basil and rosemary about a teas. of each. Then when your meat is all browned add your spaghetti sauce and simmer. Then proceed to make your filling using your ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, and mix ingredients together. After all of your ingredients are done then proceed to layer your lasgana. First put about 2.3 cups of meat sauce, then layer 2 lasagna noodles, then ricotta cheese and another layer of meat sauce, then zucchini and on top of zucchini the mexican cheese. Repeat this proceedure until you have used all of your ingredients. Then cover with foil and bake for about 45 min and then bake an additional 15 to 20 min uncovered.
