Introduction

We tried this off a box of Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice. It was really yummy with grilled pork chops. We tried this off a box of Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice. It was really yummy with grilled pork chops.

Ingredients

    2 golden delicous apples-chopped
    1/4 c walnuts chopped
    1/2c pure maple syrup


Directions

Cook apples over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add walnuts and maple syrup and continue to cook until desired consistancy is reached. Aprox 15 min. Remove from heat and let sit to thicken. Serve over pork chops.
