Paleo Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup almond flour
    3 TBS almond butter
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup baking cocoa
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 packets Truvia (optional)

Tips

Let cool otherwise they will crumble. You can replace the pumpkin with a large mashed banana.


Directions

Mix together all of the ingredients and then add ice cream scoop size to a muffin tin. Bake on 350* for 20 to 25 minutes.
