Ingredients

    1 cup green beans (left over if you got em')
    2 T reduced fat feta cheese
    1/4 (25g) small avocado diced
    1/4 C cooked quinoa

    Spices/seasonings of choice

Tips

Substitute any left over vegetable or grain for the green beans or quinoa.


Directions

Place green beans and quinoa in a bowl and reheat (or cook in necessary) then add feta, avocado and season as you like.
