Rice, Broccoli and cheese casserole

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup(remove)
    Best Choice Broccoli Florets, 2 cup(remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz(remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded(remove)

Tips

I used the tillamook cheddar cheese as the topping because I ran out of cheese. You can use the same cheese you shredded.


Directions

make rice over stove. Cook broccoli in microwave. Shred cheese, mix and pour in 8X8 oven dish. Crumble an ounce of cheese over the dish and cover with aluminum foil. cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
