Introduction

I make this chicken, mayo and chutney spread as a basic filler for sandwiches.

Additional garnish (Not included in nutritional information):
I add a couple of slices of tomato and lettuce to my sandwich. Sometimes I use mango slices to give it a bit of an exotic taste.

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, poached or cooked, 100 grams
    Crosse & Blackwell Chutney, 1 tbsp
    Worchester sauce, 0.5 tsp
    Hellmann’s Mayonaise, 2 tbsp
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Flake or cut cooked chicken into slices.
Place ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse till well-mixed (coarse or smooth - as you like it)
