boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz
Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, to taste
Brown Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add back to water.
Add rice. Bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
