Introduction

I drastically modified a recipe for Thai lettuce wraps based on what I had available. The result was a suprisingly delicious mixture that tastes great plain or on crackers. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can salmon (drained)
    1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
    3/4 cup Mango Salsa
    2 tb crunchy peanut butter
    2 tb soy sauce

Directions

Drain salmon and oranges. Mix all items together. Eat plain or serve on crackers.

Makes two 1-cup servings or one 2-cup serving.
