Introduction

    3/4 Cup Soy flour
    1/4 cup ground flax seed meal
    3 cups oat flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    9 eggs
    6 cups of whole milk
    1/4 cup honey
    1 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    3 tsp salt
    9 tsp baking powder

Tips

Freeze individually between wax paper for a quick breakfast.


Directions

Laddle into a nice hot grittle with a bit of butter flavored pam. Flip when you start to see the edges firm, an bubbles appear an pop around the center.
