Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 of a ripe avocado
    1 yellow pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 scoop of Garden of Life RAW vanilla or plain protein powder
    cup purified or spring water
    cup unsweetened flax milk (can substitute with unsweetened almond, rice or coconut milk)
    1 tsp Stevia in the RAW
    3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Tips

This creamy drink can easily double as a breakfast or lunchtime meal substitute. It packs a real nutritional punch!


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
