Easy Oven Rice

Introduction

Any kind of rice can be used, but I particularly like Brown Rice done this way. Load it in oven and forget it, while you can do something else AND the house smells Good. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup of Rice (any) to 2 cups of water.
    In the Sm. Roaster, I'm usually doing
    2 c rice with 4 c water.

    Add spices if desired.

Directions

Spray roaster with Pam. Add rice. Add water. Cover and cook at 350-degrees for about 40 min or until water is evaporated. When done can be packed in serving size ziplock bags, and frozen for use throughout the week. Just thaw and microwave as needed,
