Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Graham Crackers, plain 6-7 crackers
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cool Whip whipped topping, 1 8 oz tub, divided
    Low-fat Cream Cheese 8 oz, divided
    Orange Juice, 1/2 cup
    Orange Jell-o Sugar Free, 1 small box
    Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1/2 cup
    Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding, 1 small box
    Orange zest 1tsp

Directions

Crust: Crumb graham crackers. Melt butter and mix with crackers. Press into 8x11 pan.

Orange layer: Heat OJ in microwave for 1 minute. Mix in orange jello for 1-2 minutes. Slowly add to 4 oz of cream cheese and beat with mixer while adding. Fold in 1 cup coolwhip. Spread over crust and place in freezer while prepping top layer.

Top Layer: Mix milk, remaining cream cheese, and pudding for 2 minutes (it will be very thick!). Fold in orange zest and remaining coolwhip. Spread on top, and refrigerate for 3 hours prior to serving.
