Easy Gazpacho

Introduction

Throw everything in a bowl (or pot) and blend. Throw everything in a bowl (or pot) and blend.

Ingredients

    6 ripe tomatos
    1 purple onion
    1 cucumber, peeled & seeded
    1 sweet red bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    2 T chopped fresh parsley
    2 T chopped fresh chives
    1 clove garlice, minced
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
    2 t sugar
    salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
    6 or more drops of tobasco sauce to taste
    1 t worshestersire sauce
    4 cups tomato juice

Directions

Put everything in a container & blend. It says to let it sit overnight, but it tastes the same to me.
