Goulash

Introduction

I use a variety of meats. Beef, venison, duck breakfast sausage, etc. love the variety. I use a variety of meats. Beef, venison, duck breakfast sausage, etc. love the variety.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb ground meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 15.25 oz can red kidney beans, undrained
    1 13.25 oz box whole wheat elbow macaroni
    Water
    Salt and pepper

Tips

When adding water, start with about a cup and and more if needed.


Directions

Cook meat and onion til meat no longer pink. Stir in all remaining ingredients except macaroni. Add enough water so macaroni will absorb. Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Simmer til macaroni is done yet firm.
