    1 English Muffin (whole wheat)
    .5 oz of Cheddar cheese
    1 Egg
    1 slice of bacon

Toast English Muffin
Cook bacon (1 slice per sandwich)
put bacon on one side of english muffin
put cheese on top of bacon
Cook egg
Once egg is cooked put it on top of cheese
put other side of english muffin on top of egg
