Chopped Iceberg Lettuce -- 1/4 cup
Flat Out Flat Bread (Light Original) -- 1/2 of a piece
Paremsan Cheese, Shredded -- 1 tsp
Butter (unsalted) -- 2 tsp
Roast Beef (I use chopped pieces) -- 1 oz
Once all this is added feel free to roll up the bread. After this I tend to wrap the roll-up in wax paper and put it in the fridge for lunch the next day.
Serving Size: Makes 1 roll-up. However with the extra 1/2 of the flat bread you can make a second roll-up.
