Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. coconut milk
    1/2 c. chilled water
    4 ice cubes
    1 c. frozen strawberries (sliced, unsweetened)
    1 scoop of protein powder (27 g. of Jillian Michaels Pure Proten Powder - or if using another brand, use about 15 g. of protein).
    1 T. chia seeds

Tips

Save extra coconut milk from the can in a glass jar. It will keep in the refrigerator.


Directions

Mix all in a blender. Enjoy!
