1.5-2 pounds of lean pork chops - fat removed2 Granny Smith apples - all cored and cut in six pieces each
4 Gala apples - all cored and cut in six pieces each
3T of minced onion
Cinnamon, ginger, clove and nutmeg to taste
1/2C of water
Place all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on the high temperature for 3.5 -4.5 hours. When serving, use a slatted spoon to separate the meat and apples from the liquid.
