Ingredients

    Ingredients
    Swai Fish Fillets, 32 oz
    Minced Garlic, 1 tablespoon
    PURE Maple Syrup, 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup REDUCED SODIUM
Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, chunks, plus the juice of the can of pineapple
    Benefiber Powder 2 teaspoon
    Mrs. Dash Extra Spicey 1teaspoon
Pam Cooking Spray - Olive Oil
    Mrs. Dash Extra Spicey 1teaspoon

I added 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicey to my marinade, but it was not listed on the ingredients list.
Mix syrup, soy, garlic , pineapple juice, Mrs. Dash and Benefiber in bowl Pour over fish, top with pineapple chunks and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Tips

I use a glass Pyrex dish to bake in and VERY lightly spray it with olive oil spray to keep marinade from sticking. I use REDUCED SODIUM Soy Sauce, but the recipe ingredient list did not have it. The recipe calculator based the sodium content on regular soy sauce so that part of the recipe is incorrect. I put the fiber in to add to my fiber intake, it has no flavor, but I put it in everything I can for the added benefit for my health.

Directions

Cover dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until fish is white and flaky at
