Ingredients

    *2 cups-chopped Cilantro without tail
    *14 4oz tilapia filet
    *1 large white onion or 2 cups chopped
    *4 cup chopped/diced tomatoe
    *4 cups of fresh lime juice
    *2 cups of jalapenos/puya peppers chopped VERY TINY

BETTER IF YOU SQUEAZE THE LEMON YOUR SELF BETTER FLAVOR THAN THE BOTTLED ONE


Directions

-Cut everything very tiny specially the onion
-cook the diced tilapia in the lime juice first it takes the longest to cook better if put out in the sun
-toss all the vegetables and cooked tilapia together dont throw away the lime juice and let it set for 5 minutes
-ENJOY!
