Black Bean Dip

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can black beans drained, rinsed
    juice of 1 lime wedge= 1 Tbsp
    4 garlic cloves chopped
    1 Tbsp cider vinegar
    3/4 Tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp chipotle pepper
    1 Tbsp cumin
    2 Tbsp Toffuti- soy cream cheese

Tips

top with chopped cilantro, tomatoes and onion for a delicious low-fat dip.


Directions

rinse and drain beans. place all ingredients in a blender, blending until smooth. warm in microwave 2-3 minutes until hot.

Serving Size: 4 servings about 1/2 cup each
