Buffalo Chicken (without dipping sauce, infor for sauce in list)

Ingredients

    3 tbsp hot sauce
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp mustard
    1 tbsp honey
    12 oz cooked skinless chicken, diced into 1 inch cubes


    For a dipping sauce (2 tsp of sauce per serving for a total (with 3 oz chicken) of 169.6 calories, 4g fat, 65.3mg cholesterol, 96.9g sodium, 5.8g carbs, 0 fiber, and 24.1g protein):
    2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Directions

Make the buffalo sauce by stirring together the hot sauce, vinegar, mustard, and honey. Heat over moderate-low heat until warmed.
