Green Smoothie

Introduction

Veggies and fruit mmm mmm good. Veggies and fruit mmm mmm good.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 8 oz
    Kroger Whey & Soy Protein Powder (2 scoops), 1 serving
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cups

Tips

Freeze it, and you have a great grab and go breakfast!
You can also substitute the frozen blueberries for any frozen fruit.


Directions

Blend all the ingredients together. Add some stevia, or splenda to taste. I also like to throw in some sugar free flavored syrup.
