2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 teaspoon Mr. Olive dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon Vlasic (Splenda) sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons chopped celery
the top of one green onion (scallion), chopped
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt & pepper to taste
This recipe actually makes a little more than one serving. I usually use the remainder for my snack later in the day.
