pureed veg. soup with chicken




Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 bunch broccoli
    6 small potatoes with peel
    onion
    2 cups carrots
    1/4 cup evaporated milk
    1 tsp margarine
    4 chicken breasts cooked, chopped(optional)
    4 cups water
    1 tbsp. chicken broth base

Directions

Put the 4 cups of water with the chicken broth and add all ingredients. cook until all veggies are soft. Mash to puree or put in blender I like to mash because then you have some big pieces left for texture. Add chicken breasts and enjoy. depending on size of bowls 8-12 servings.
