Quick beef and rice

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 serving peas and carrots
    1 cup brown rice, instant
    1 cup water
    4 tbsp sour cream, reduced fat
    1/2 tbsp. minced onion
    Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef. Add frozen veggies. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remover from heat. Let sit 5 minutes.
