4 ounces beef cut in 1" or smaller dice
1 can Bush's Chili beans with juice
1 can Hunts diced tomatoes Mexican style
1 large carrot, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup diced celery
2 cups beef broth
2 T chili powder
2 T garlic powder
1 T ground cumin
If you like a thinner chili just add water to the consistency you like and adjust the seasonings.
Serving Size: Makes 4 1cup servings
