Sharon's Quick Chili

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 ounces beef cut in 1" or smaller dice
    1 can Bush's Chili beans with juice
    1 can Hunts diced tomatoes Mexican style
    1 large carrot, chopped
    1 small zucchini, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 cup diced celery
    2 cups beef broth
    2 T chili powder
    2 T garlic powder
    1 T ground cumin

Tips

If you like a thinner chili just add water to the consistency you like and adjust the seasonings.


Directions

In a non-stick pan, brown beef, onion, celery, carrot and zucchini. 'Add beef broth and simmer until veggies are tender. Add seasonings, adjust to taste. Add beans and tomatoes, simmer briefly. Serve with a side salad.
