Basil Pesto Potatoes

Ingredients

    28 oz red potatoes (small)
    7 Tbsp Private Selection (Kroger) Basil Pesto
    1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
    1/2 cup red pepper, chopped fine

Directions

Cut potatoes into quarters.
Boil potatoes until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
While potatoes are cooking, chop the onion and red pepper.
When potatoes are done cooking, drain them and toss with pesto sauce.
Add onion and red peppers to potaoes.

Makes 5 servings.
