Ingredients

    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup strawberries
    1 Chobani Yogurt any flavor
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup Old fashion old meal. I use organic raw... (Mother's brand)
    1 bannana

    Sometimes add OJ or have tried spinach or Kale. Just more gritty.

Serving Size: Serves 3 small kids and 1 large for me.
