1 (15 oz) can Chickpeas
1 medium avacado
juice of 1 lime
This recipe lends itself to additional additives (I've seen it made with cilantro for example) but I like it plain. I eat it with spinach on a whole wheat sandwich flat for lunch.
Add one who avacodo; smash to mix with chickpeas.
Add the juice from one lime, with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: makes approximately 3 servings
