Ingredients

    2 cans creamed corn
    1 can corn
    12oz bacon, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 gallon skim milk
    3 medium potatoes

Directions

Brown bacon & onion. While browning, peel, cut up & cook potatoes in boiling water separately.

Once bacon is browned, add in creamed corn, corn, and milk. Heat through on medium heat to keep from scorching the milk. Add in drained potatoes when they are done. Sprinkle w/ dried parsley and serve immediately.

Makes 10, 1-cup servings servings.
