Savory Nut Mix

Ingredients

    Brazilnuts, .75 cup shelled
    Pumpkin Seeds, .25 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled
    Hazelnuts, .5 cup, chopped
    Pecans, .75 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 4 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until nuts are evenly coated. Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer. Cook until nuts and seeds turn brown but are not burned, about 20 minutes. Note: you can use any nuts, seeds and seasonings you like. Also, walnut oil works nicely in place of olive oil.
