Philly Sammies

Ingredients

    12 ounces sirlion
    1 cup pepper strips
    1 cup onion strips
    4 tablespoons A1
    4 slices provolone
    4 hoagie rolls

Tips

A garlic aioli makes this that much better, but adds an additional 40 calories per two tablespoons.

(Mix mayonaise, minced garlic and freshed queezed lemon together. Add fresh cracked pepper.


Directions

slice sirlion into thin strips (easiest when partially frozen). Heat skillet with a little olive oil and brown meet on each side. Then add peppers and onions and cook until veggies are al dente and meat is cooked through. Add A1 and mix through.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum. Place hoagies on cookie sheet and fill with steak/pepper/onion mixture. Leave opened faced (but don't tear the bun apart). Place a piece of provolone on top and bake for 5 minutes or so at 350 degrees until cheese is almost melted. Then switch to broil and heat for one or two minutes (watch oven very closely as bread will burn if left in too long).
