Introduction

A nice way to use leftover rice. Makes one serving. This is yummy and very filling and can be eaten for any meal of the day. Also, use leftover veggies or nuts/beans to make this your own creation! Ingredients

    1 c. plain cooked rice, any kind (I usually use brown rice)
    1 c. sauteed onions
    1 tomato, diced
    1 avocado, chunked up
    1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
    Bragg's Liquid Aminos, to taste

Directions

Slice onion and saute in oil until soft. While onions are cooking, cut up tomato and avocado. Layer ingredients in bowl in order listed adding Bragg's last.
