Ingredients

2 10oz boxes of frozen spinach slightly thawed
1 14oz can of artichoke hearts
1/2c fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1c fresh grated Romano or Asiago cheese
3 cloves garlic
1 1/4 brick of cream cheese
2 c sour cream
1/4c butter
(salt & pepper to taste)
Makes approximately 25 2oz servings
Tips
after I cook it on the stove I put it in my crockpot to keep it warm. Works like a charm!
Directions
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic and saute. Add artichoke & spinach. Cook until tender. Approx 5 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream into pan with spinach/artichokes. Stir in cheeses. Cook until thickened, occasionally stirring.
serve warm
