Introduction

Easy version of fried "rice" Easy version of fried "rice"
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Frozen peas and carrots cooked
    2 eggs scrambled
    Seeds of Change seven whole grains heated in microwave
    3 table spoons of soy sauce


Directions

Heat frying pan or wok on high with a little canola oil cooking spray
Combine ingredients in pan and stir continuously until done to taste

Serving Size: Makes 2 bowl sized servings
