Introduction

Alternative to cabbage slaw Alternative to cabbage slaw
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    10 oz. Broccoli Slaw mix
    2 oz. fat free plain Greek Yogurt
    2 Tb. Lite Mayo (could use fat free)
    1 medium apple diced (tart or sweet depending on taste)
    1 Tb. cider vinegar (any vinegar will work depending on taste)

Tips

Keeps better than cabbage slaw
Can add many other ingredients: celery, red/orange peppers, even diced fresh pineapple is great!


Directions

Mix dressing ingredients - salt to taste
Toss with slaw mix and apple, refrigerate

Serving Size: Makes 3 1/2 cup servings
