Introduction

Nutrition-packed snack or meal-on-the-go! Kids love 'em! You can substitute whatever dried fruit or nuts you have on hand. Nutrition-packed snack or meal-on-the-go! Kids love 'em! You can substitute whatever dried fruit or nuts you have on hand.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3/4 c. honey
    1 c. peanut butter, crunchy (no sugar added)
    1/4 c. protein powder
    1/4 c. sesame seeds
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds, hulled
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. raisins or currants
    1/4 c. dried coconut, finely shredded.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Roll in dried coconut. Store in refrigerator.

Makes about 36 - 1" balls. Nutritional information calculated on 2 pieces.
