1 large ripe tomato
1 cup frozen green beans thawed
2 small stalks celery
1/2 pepper (yellow, red or green, mild or medium hot - to your taste)
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ground flax seed
1/2 to 1 clove minced garlic
black pepper to taste
additional herbs to taste
up to 1 cup water (to achieve desired consistency
You can add upto a cup of water depending on the consistency you desire. (I also used a combination of green, red and medium hot peppers for more of a kick).
Serving Size: 2 Servings of about 1.5 cups each
