Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked, pureed spinach
    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    8 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
    1 cup honey
5 tbsp. ground flax mixed with 15 tbsp. warm water
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1 tsp salt
    2/3 cup whole wheat flour

Tips

All spinach or pumpkin can be used, the combination of the two just adds a variety of nutrients.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350* F and grease a 9x13 baking sheet. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, pumpkin, melted chocolate, honey, and ground flax. To this, add the remaining ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until just set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
