Introduction

After eating Apple Crisp at a restaurant, I got a craving, and threw this together at home. I actually like it better than the restaurant version. Fast, simple. Nutritional info is probably off due to selection limitations. I use whatever apples are on hand, home-made no sugar added apple butter, and whatever cheap granola I have on hand.     1 apple
    Apple butter
    Granola

Tips

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a fine drizzle of caramel sauce for the "total experience" but those are not figured into the nutritional information.

Directions

Core and slice apples. I leave skins on, but peel if you like. Mix with enough apple butter to cover. I figured 1/4 cup in nutritional info, but I probably use 2 Tbsn. Divide into Two 1/2 cup ramekins/baking bowls. Sprinkle granola over top. I figured 1/4 cup. Bake @ 350 F until bubbly. (Sorry: I never timed it. I'm guessing 15 minutes)
