Introduction

Ingredients

    .50 cup sugar free canned pumpkin
    .25 Vermont's sugar free maple flavored syrup
    .25 cup egg beaters
    8 oz cream cheese (fat free)
    .50 cup splenda
    1/4 tsp Pumpkin spice blend
    1 tsp Cinnamon

Tips

Add Pecans or other nuts as desired. Can also try adding whipped cream on top after cooled. Doubling the recipe is a great option!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients with a mixer into a large or medium bowl. Mix for 4-5 minutes
Place in pie dish or casserole dish
Bake for 50-55 minutes
Cool for 30-50 minutes before eating or slicing!

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
