Sweet Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Introduction

A sweet tapioca like pudding, thats great for breakfast or dessert! Satisfy your sweet tooth (without the guilt) and feel full of energy! A sweet tapioca like pudding, thats great for breakfast or dessert! Satisfy your sweet tooth (without the guilt) and feel full of energy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (you can use plain almond milk and add your own vanilla)
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 1/2 tbsp honey

    optional extra vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and let soak for 5-8 hours. I usually mix it together an hour before I go to bed, stir it one more time and then let it soak all night.
