Ingredients

2oz Sausage, chorizo, or bacon
1/4 Acorn Squash, cooked, peeled, and diced
2 TBSP chopped onion
1 TBSP Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 cup Kale, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
3 Eggs
2 tsp Oil or butter
1/4 tsp Tumeric

Directions
Cook sausage in a skillet over med-high heat with squash, onion, and jalapeno until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft.
Add kale and garlic, cook until kale is wilted. Beat eggs well and set aside.
Make an empty spot in the middle of the pan by pushing veggie mixture to the side, drop in butter/oil. Sprinkle tumeric into it. Let sizzle for about 30 seconds, then pour in eggs. After about 30 seconds begin mixing eggs into veggies. Continue cooking until eggs are done.
