7 Hard Boiled Eggs 1/2 Cup lite Mayo 3 tsp. Mustard 2 Small Dill Pickles Salt and Pepper to taste
Chop eggs into very small pieces and put in a medium size mixing bowl. Then chop the dill pickles into very small pieces and put into the bowl as well. Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well. I used a potato masher to blend the mixture even more but it's not nessary. Makes 8 1/4 cup servings. Enjoy!
