Ingredients

    1 c warm water
    2 1/4 t yeast
    1/4 c sugar
    1 t salt
    1 egg
    2 T oil
    3 c flour

Directions

mix all ingredients together.
--for pizza crust--spread evenly onto 1 16" pizza pan and use right away (or freeze until ready to add toppings and bake) bake at 400 for 20 min.
--for cinnamon rolls, add cinnamon and sugar and butter and roll up. cut into 6 rolls. put into 9x13 pan and let rise for 40 min. bake at 400 for 20 min.
